Peggy Frances Hickford was one of the most compassionate and giving people I have ever met. Anyone who met her felt lucky and warmly welcomed. It is only right that, as seen throughout her life, Peggy's wishes would be to continue to give after she had passed on

Peggy faced many hardships throughout her life, such as losing her husband after only 19 years of marriage, but she did not let these hardships affect her positivity and focus on providing for her children, friends and family. However one of the things that truly affected Peggy and her family was the premature loss of her daughter, Wendy, to cancer

In light of this and the fact that Peggy wished for people to donate money to charities in her memory, this tribute page has been set up to have donations sent to Cancer Research in the hopes that the money will continue to fund research so that families will not have to experience this callous disease
